> Amaranth Corn Bread (Variation) |
Diet Types: NON-gluten free
Makes 1 loaf
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg white
3/4 cup high-lysine corn meal
1/4 cup Nu-World Foods Amaranth flour
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 cup buttermilk
Sift the soda and flour together and mix with
the other dry ingredients. Beat egg and add it
to the milk and the melted margarine. Beat in
the dry ingredients, pour into an oiled tin and
bake in a hot oven about 25 minutes. |
