Makes 2 servings
3 oz. green pepper, chopped
3 oz. onion, chopped
3 oz. collard greens, chopped
3 oz. millet, cooked (chilled)
1 ½ oz. pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. sesame oil
½ tsp. thyme
1 tsp. tarragon
½ tsp. salt
½ cup Nu-World Amaranth Snackers-chili
lime or BBQ
Steam all vegetables for 3 minutes. Combine all
ingredients. Mix well. Serve hot or cold.
