Makes 6 servings
¾ cup butter or salad oil
½ cup onion – minced
½ cup celery – finely chopped
½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup water
¼ cup parsley flakes dehydrated (optional)
10 oz. Nu-World Foods Puffed Amaranth
In large saucepan, heat butter and oil. Add minced
onion, celery, poultry seasoning and black pepper.
Sauté until onion is tender and golden.
Add water and parsley flakes. Heat to a fast boil
and remove from heat. Add Nu-World Foods Puffed
Amaranth and cover for 3 minutes. Fluff with fork
before serving. |
