Makes 2 servings
3 oz. basmati rice, cooked (chilled)
3 oz. celery, chopped
3 oz. raisins
3 oz. pineapple, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp. sunflower oil
¼ tsp. cinnamon
½ cup Amaranth Cereal Snaps-Cinnamon crushed
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle
cinnamon snaps on top. Serve when rice is cooled.
