3 oz. buckwheat noodles, cooked (chilled), quimor
or spinach or noodles
3 oz. avocado, cut into bite size pieces
3 oz. marinated artichoke hearts, cut into bite
size pieces
1 ½ oz. peanuts, chopped
1 ½ oz. shallots, chopped
1½ tbsp. sunflower oil
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. sage
½ tsp. salt
½ cup Nu-World Amaranth Snackers-Garden
Burst
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
