> Amaranth Brownies |

Makes 16 brownies
2 eggs beaten
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon molasses
¼ cup melted butter
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Toasted Nu-World Foods Amaranth Bran flour
1 cup cocoa or carob powder
1 cup Nu-World Foods Puffed Amaranth
Combine eggs, honey, molasses, butter and vanilla
extract. Mix Nu-World Foods Amaranth flour and
cocoa in a separate bowl. Combine the wet and
dry mixtures and mix thoroughly. Add the Nu-World
Foods Puffed Amaranth and pour into a greased
9"x9" baking pan. Bake in a pre-heated
350 F oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and
cut while warm. Coon on a baking rack before serving.
